Fill in all sections and submit for approval. Once your login has been approved and activated, you will receive an email notification, within approximately 48-72 hours. You will then be able to use your login and password to access the Residents Only section. Please write down your username and password for future use.
NOTICE: Monthly HOA Dues will INCREASE to $ 330.00, beginning January 1, 2025. Please be sure to UPDATE YOUR BANK with the new amount. Funds must be RECEIVED by the 5th of each month to avoid a $ 50.00 late fee + interest.
NOTICE: A one-time Reserve Fund Assessment of $ 500.00, per Unit, is due after 1-1-2025 and no later than 9-30-2025. This will help to replenish the Reserve Funds that were used in the prior year.
Any amendments to the Governing Documents (CC&Rs, By-laws or Articles of Incorporation) require the signatures of at least 67% of Owners. Each unit has one Owner vote. For example, in order for a change to be made, 53 Owners would need to sign the document that is required in order for the amendment to be recorded at the Weber County Recorder. No amendments are valid otherwise. No amendment may contradict the other Governing Documents.

Per our CC & Rs, we are now at rental capacity. No new rentals are allowed. Our community is approved as Single Family Dwellings ONLY. No rentals of rooms, or partial units, is allowed.
Also, potential buyers, please aware that all units must be owner-occupied for at least the first year after purchase.
CC&Rs: 11.7 No Transient Lodging Uses.
The Units are to be used for residential housing purposes
only, and shall not be rented in whole or in part for transient lodging purposes, boarding house, a bed and breakfast, or other uses for providing accommodations to travelers. No Dwelling on a Unit shall be subjected to time interval ownership.
Please remember that all pets must be restrained and under your control at all times.
