How It Works

Any amendments to the Governing Documents (CC&Rs, By-laws or Articles of Incorporation) require the signatures of at least 67% of Owners. Each unit has one Owner vote. For example, in order for a change to be made, 53 Owners would need to sign the document that is required in order for the amendment to be recorded at the Weber County Recorder. No amendments are valid otherwise. No amendment may contradict the other Governing Documents.

For more information, please refer to CC&Rs:

  1. 7 Amendment. At any time while this Declaration is in effect, the covenants herein contained can only be modified by the affirmative vote of the Owners representing not less than sixty-seven (67) percent of the total votes of the Association. No meeting or voting shall be required for an amendment, if the required, written consent is obtained from the requisite number of Owners.
