CC&Rs: 11.7 No Transient Lodging Uses.

The Units are to be used for residential housing purposes
only, and shall not be rented in whole or in part for transient lodging purposes, boarding house, a bed and breakfast, or other uses for providing accommodations to travelers. No Dwelling on a Unit shall be subjected to time interval ownership.

No Airbnb-type rentals are allowed.

NOTE: RENTAL UNITS ARE AT CAPACITY

Per our CC & Rs, we are now at rental capacity. No new rentals are allowed at this time.

Also, potential buyers, please aware that all units must be owner-occupied for at least the first year after purchase.
