Monthly maintenance assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month, and late if not received by the end of the business day on the 5th.
No invoices will be sent in advance.
A late fee of $ 50.00 will be charged for each unpaid or late assessment.
In addition to late fees, interest shall accrue on balances, including any unpaid interest, attorney fees, collection fees and assessments (resulting in compounding interest), at 18% per annum or 1.5% per month.
