The White Barn Country Club PRUD HOA is a community of 78 townhomes adjacent to The Barn Golf Club in Pleasant View, Utah. Though separate from the golf course, our location allows us to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. We live in a small, semi-rural city, yet we are only short drives away from downtown Ogden and access to Interstate 15, Utah’s major interstate highway.

The White Barn Country Club PRUD Homeowner’s Association, provides maintenance for certain exterior aspects of our homes and the open areas we own in common. The association also has the responsibility to establish rules of conduct for members of our community and visitors. Additional information can be found in the Documents tab above.
