As of January 1, 2024, the monthly HOA assessment is $ 310.00, due on the 1st of the month and late after the 5th. The late fee is $ 50.00, plus interest.

NOTICE: Beginning January 1, 2025, the monthly HOA assessment will be $ 330.00, plus a $500.00 Reserve Fund replenishment fee will be assessed, to be paid no later than 9-30-2025.
